One of the tiniest apartments for sale in New York City is a 300-square-foot studio.

The apartment is listed for $355,000 in historic Tudor City, Manhattan, in a full-service co-op building.

We visited the apartment and discovered that it’s impressive for its small size.

Tudor City is a sprawling apartment complex on the far east side of Manhattan, near the Turtle Bay neighborhood.

The studio is located in Windsor Tower, an elite building tucked away in Tudor City.

Windsor Tower gives the impression of being from a more elegant time period. The 24-hour doorman warmly greets people as they enter. It has an in-building convenience store, laundry, and expansive gym.

The hallways are reminiscent of a hotel and lead directly to the one-room, $355,000 unit.

The room was reconstructed by its current owners to match the historic and original design of the Windsor Tower. Tile and wood line the room.

In a studio, storage space is limited. Owners must get creative with shelving, closets and furniture.

With the right design, every studio can have a peaceful nook despite the living area being combined with the kitchen and sleeping space.

The bathroom is tiled beautifully but lacks much in the way of room. A small shower is tucked behind the door, just feet from the toilet.

Space for bathroom storage is so limited that the sink stands alone. The dual handles on it, however, are a nice touch to the vintage flair.

Cooking enthusiasts are limited in a studio apartment with both a small kitchen and dining area. The refrigerator is hidden in the cabinets under the sink to allow for more space elsewhere.

The electric stove is on the right-hand side of the kitchen counter. Many studio spaces are designed this way to conserve room while also allowing the residents to still cook homemade meals.

Every empty space in the apartment is utilized.

Closets are a valuable commodity in New York City. Surprisingly, this apartment came equipped with a sizable one.

Tudor Place was named a historic district in 1988. It has preserved its old style, quiet parks and views of the East River. For an asking price of $355,000, this studio could be yours.
